These are my rough textures. I'm working on my my slug character (object being pushed/pulled). I'll post them up at some point, maybe even rendered out once i do my lighting.

Now im almost done modeling...I have a couple more tweaks before I call it done and UV and start my blend shapes
This is front view of the model. Again still in progress...
This the beginnings of the body (side view). I'm still missing his hand and foot. And then it just tweaking. I might throw him into Mudbox if I have the time...
This my character's head in progress. Most of it is working. I still need to fix up the eyelid/brow area and also his ear. Then i need to merge the two halves and clean him up

We had to draw a minimum of 100 silhouettes. And then narrow those down to our five favorites which we then got characters from. The second part of the project was to take pictures of 100 textures and then narrow those down to 30 and find interesting shapes in them that could inspire possible characters. We then narrowed it down to our 5 favorite and designed characters.

This one of final projects of the year. We had to compose a still-life with the assets we were given. In the compostion we had to have all the fruit, a glass object, a cloth, and a metal object. We then textured everything in the scene as well as lit the scene. There are still some things i wished i had fixed if I had more time but it came out alright. I will post more of my CA stuff from this year soon

This is my character sheet for my commerical animatic. The commercial i made was for sunglasses for birds called Bug Blockers...Protect your eyes...so you can see another day.

Concept

This is the character sheet for my Sit-Stand Character which i developed in Concept I. In CA class we are to have a character walk in with a specific emotion, sit down and go through a change in emotion. Then the character must get up and leave. My idea was a Lumber Jack who comes in tired, sits down on a stump and then becomes scared when he hears a tree crack and gets up and runs off before the tree crashes on him.

This is character sheet for my first Animatic. The story is about an animal control officer who is on-duty driving in his truck and he comes across a deer lying on side of road in which he presumes to be dead. He pulls over and checks on the deer, certain it is dead he loads it into the truck. He continues on his drive when the deer wakes up in the truck. Shocked from the awakening of this hideous creature, he loses control of the truck. Weaving through traffic on highway, he manages to avoid an 18- wheeler and crashes into a tree. Dizzy and still in shock from everything that he just went through he looks up at the animal and then the air bag deploys.
